Please join us for our upcoming half-day professional development workshop on the popular topic Presence in the Faces of Trauma, which will include use of the latest knowledge about trauma informed pastoral care. Presenter Natalie Kay has over 10 years experience in pastoral care and has training in hakomi therapy.

Finding Presence in the Faces of Trauma
An experiential workshop exploring somatic awareness in pastoral interventions to facilitate offering an attuned presence with those we visit.
The morning will include an overview of somatic and trauma informed pastoral care, as well as activities to aid your awareness of non-verbal cues.
Natalie was a Pastoral Practitioner at St John of God Hospital for 10 years and has trained in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy.
She also has training in fine art and experience as a Community Arts Coordinator. Natalie is currently establishing her private somatic psychotherapy practice and studying anatomy and remedial touch.
