What to expect?
When conventional medicine and treatments no longer offer hope for cure, or are seen as contradictory to the person’s belief system, another lifeline is often sought. We will discuss and explore together what spiritual issues and needs are present and what pastoral carers have to offer.
Presenter: Donna Denmead is a Clinical Pastoral Supervisor from New Zealand who has been providing pastoral care for over 40 years including 17 years as a healthcare chaplain working predominantly in hospice.
